Actually some trolls dont like the way p2p is progressing so they need to keep posting their garbage .. the p2p mods and admins have explained that the investigation is as rubbish as the trolls post .. and there is nothing to worry .. so it is and will always be onwards and upwards whether trolls like it or no ..

Still unable to hold a discussion without attacking the posters with a differing opinion I see.

Ah all programs are discussed outside their private forums since time began. It's like watching the boxing in some forums commonly called swamps by admins & promoters worldwide. Who advise their members not to post or even read at these type of forums. Funnily enough they don't take notice

In fact when the threads look like sliding off first page in certain forums, you can count on one of the program members to come along and bump them back up. Kind of a promotion type thing , every admin team knows to create a common enemy early in the piece Unites the memberbase (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

I personally dont have a problem with it, ( even if I did, SO WHAT, it isnt my FORUM (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) ) It would be great to see that we conduct oneself as a Mature and sensible adult as we talk to each other and the topics at hand.,

The only problem I see is the double standard and Hard line, that seems to be in play, if somone is caught doing it by the P2P mods and yet they do it themself.......

That type of conduct sits far more sour than the act itself ( my own opinion)

The people involved in P2P ( mods, support, members ) I find on a whole real good people, of course that being said there is NO Doubt always a bad apple or two, and we can always be critical of one thing or another, to what end I dont know..... So why bother.

A lot of forums discuss P2P in the same way as other HYIP schemes are often debated. As this thread no doubt pre-dates the inception of the P2P private forum the discussion continues.
I see you point though in questioning why staff and mods would come here to discuss P2P but its an open forum and as such sometimes a few feel the need to put a positive spin on current events. There are those that will put a negative spin on things so in order for balance both sides have a say.

One could ask themselves why this happens but the answers are so convoluted and lost in debate that the real reason for participation in discussion of a 'private' program that isn't really private will be revealed in due course.

For now P2P payments are going out albeit a little behind some members expectations and an official investigation is being done on P2P the outcome of which could have a critical affect on the future of P2P.

If P2P comes out of the investigation unscathed then its Onwards and Upwards in a big way.
If P2P doesn't survive the investigation then the repurcussions will be felt by many US and Canadian residents for a long time to come.

Just my brief appraisal of the current situation, some opinion some fact I will leave it up to the reader to decifer which is which at their leisure.

The announcement is from the NASAA president who handles the North Dakota area.
As of present the only Official warning is from the ND securities area of the NASAA.

I do not know if the jibes and banter against somebody to whom you term she in the post above this was intended as a slur against me but somebody that I do not know has just paid $450 by private transfer into my STP account. I e-mailed the person who sent it and asked if he or she had intended to pay pathway2prosperity. It could have been a perfectly genuine mistake but, if anybody has been playing silly "B"s and trying ti bribe me to stop making comments that p2p members do not like, don't try it again.

If the person who sent the money does not reply and ask me to return it to the same STP e-mail address, I will report it to Stella as a possible attempt at bribary and corruption.

My market is not p2p members at ASA. I market to business people and householders in SW London. I also market to people, who reside in the same online communities as I do. Those markets include some ASA threads and IncomePortal.

As I am here, I may as well ask p2p members to comment on a few questions that I do have about P2p. Finger pointing, tongues out icons may be accepted here but not in my chosen online communities, so please try to desist.

Here goes. Jake and Kent were “Nickers” top sales people. Nickers is behind with payments. Common sense tells me, that not paying your sales people is a poor business strategy. There are plenty who agree with me on that point. "Nickers" has enforced some punishments on both Jake and Kent in public. My common sense tells me that making examples of your top sales people, instead of sorting the matters out in private is a huge mistake.

Jake has put his foot down and is not actively selling “Nickers” or his programs any longer. Kent has made a comeback and people in my communities are worried that “Nickers” has brought Kent back to sell what they fear to be a dying program and that “Nickers” has him over a barrel. They are also worried that “Nickers” may be priming Kent to attack Jake and restart the Jake/Kent wars in order to boost the MCF and his P2p forum ratings.

If this is not Nickers intention, please will ASA members comment as to whether they want the Jake/Kent war era revived or have we moved on to more intelligent debate?

Hi Judy, you are nutty but we all still love you. As for Kent, I will not be dragged into quarells with him or anyone regarding P2P. Nick made it very clear to me that he did not want me in his program very early. At the time I was suspended I was vocal about the customer service problems. He knew I would be very vocal and would speak up about problems that might arise in the future as well. After I was suspended I did try to communicate with Nick. He refused to even talk to me. What is ironic here is that Nick would forgive a guy like Kent for trying to undermine and usurp his support staff, but would not forgive me for doubting his program. I still only want what is best for people in P2P. But do not worry as their will no longer be Kent / Jake wars.

It has ended Marie. Jake has made it perfectly clear that there will be no more Jake/Kent wars here. Jake has also made it clear that his sin was to doubt that Nickers' program is Almighty. Jake and I have commited the same offence. If Nickers is trying to inflame Kent to attack Jake, he is right to use passive resitance. Mahatma Ghandi used the tactic to perfection when the British soldiery were egged on against Moslems and Hindus.

Has Nick forgiven Kent Jake. If that assumptopn is true, he will pay Kent who will be able to pay his members.
