They added several little modifications to this compensation software that make this exceptional! These unique features cause the boards to fill much faster and keep people moving and getting paid! When you join, you take the first available spot on your sponsor’s board. You then need two qualifiers. These can be two people you referred or from spillover. Everyone wants to refer at least two at some point. Hi Dick and Ken,
I talked briefly with Dick before the call and he said he had some ideas. I would be very interested in a team build. I always thought this would explode and move very fast with a true TB. If it was possible to truly put in 2 for all (everyone gets 2) I could bring in a bunch of people who would have a hard time even getting one, and so would others bring more and more. It would appeal to people who would not touch it otherwise. The big marketers can get more on their front line and so could anyone also. I would contine to work towards that also. If it can be done, this would move so fast your head will spin.
A line where everyone gets their one as people come in would be better than nothing, but I am hopeing for the real deal. I am not lazy, I am working it, some are just not to skilled at marketing. Sadly I am one of those. 95% of us are those. Come on everyone, show your support for these guys. They can help us big time. I want to turn my $250 into $15,000 cash and vouchers over and over.

That is precisely the way it works.
Many folks will dismiss this program at first glance based upon the following common objections....
1. It appears to be just another "travel program" which offer the same type of travel vouchers and related travel benefits. Even if they are valuable, most folks are not particularly interested in a 7 day stay at a 4-star resort or any of the other benefits.
2. They assume that the program utilizes a matrix that provides little hope for those who cannot refer even 2 new members to the program. Once they truly take the time to understand how this structure is different, they are much more inclined to get involved.
Here is a message from my sponsor which you may find interesting. Dick is responding to a prospective member who confronted him with the 2 common objections described above. Make sure you understand the discussion about the software.

That was my exact same reaction when I was first introduced to it and if it had not been Jim and Cindy pushing it and their real excitement about it, I would not have given it a second thought.
There were actually TWO things about it that were a BIG turn-off to me. One is the one you mentioned...Another "Travel Program" - Whoopee! - I have enough FREE travel vouchers in my desk drawer to start my own travel business!
Number Two is this type of 2x3 matrix board compensation plan. These are always designed to have major breakage to the company and although they can last a long time, most people just spend their money and never even make enough to recoup their initial outlay. They prove to be good for the company and good for the big builder who does not care how many "dead bodies" he leaves behind - Not so good for everyone else!
However, I had to ask myself "What are they so excited about?" I decided to just take a position and see it from the inside. NOW I see it!
I honestly cannot testify about the product (the travel membership benefits or vacation voucher) - One, because I have not used them and two, because I can see that many things are still being added to the back office, so that part is actually a work-in-progress. However, I do see what they are excited about and it is THE MONEY! - Not just for those of us who can market the heck out of it, but for everyone involved!
Let's face it...That is the bottom line in any business we do. We are here to make money and to help others do the same regardless of what the product is. We want the product to have value and be legal and real, but most importantly, we are all in business to make an income from it.
There are THREE things about this compensation software that are very different than anything I have ever seen before. (This may get a little too technical for some but here goes...) This is what is different:
# 1 The Way the Boards Fill - Normally these reverse matrix boards have a built in "stall factor". You refer people and they fall below you. If you are on the bottom row, it does NOT help to fill the board that YOU are on! If the other side is not working it, the board stalls. That is why you can have a runaway side but never cycle. This can especially happen when your people split off from you and you have no control over who is working and who is not.
This software fixes that in a couple of different ways. First, it works like a "Group Fill" in filling up the board. The people, you bring in will fall in the first open slot. That can be right next to you so that there is NO runaway side of the board. It will always fill evenly and cycle people off faster. (The second way actually is tied to #2 and discussed below)
# 2 Temporary Qualifiers from Spillover - Some companies have played with this idea but no one has perfected it until now. Here is how is works...
You are required to have TWO qualifiers to cycle out and be paid and usually that means two personal referrals. That is true with this comp plan as well, but they have a built-in safety net by allowing any additional referrals sponsored ANYWHERE upline to act as temporary qualifiers for those in your downline who may need them! This is where it gets interesting because, normally "spillover" will only affect the immediate matrix by filling a vacant spot on that matrix. In this compensation software, it goes by lineage first to look for any person anywhere in your entire organization who needs a qualifier and gives it to them as a temporary.
However, it does one more thing...It actually PLACES that new person where it is needed to help fill up the board as quickly as possible. (This is the continuation from # 1 above - Another fix in the way it helps to fill the boards and keep them moving - Another way to eliminate the "stall factor") - Do you get what that means? While this "spillover" person not only helps to qualify someone who needs it, it also helps to fill up the boards faster - AND that can be on TWO completely separate boards! (Temporary sponsor on one and fill in a vacant spot on the other keeping BOTH boards moving.)
# 3 The Jump Over Factor - The above features could make someone lazy - "Just let the leaders do the work" - but they have answered that as well with a number of things on the back end and THIS on the front end - The Jump Over. When a board splits, it will look to see who has their two qualifiers. If someone on the bottom row has one or two and the ones above him do not, the person with two will "jump over" the others! - A person with one will jump over a person with none and so on. You could actually skip from the bottom all the way to the top (pay position) if the others on your board do not have their qualifiers and you do!
This is STRONG motivation to get your two ASAP and not to wait on any spillover. Even though a person could join and do nothing, they could move all the way up the board, cycle off and be paid AND have a position on the $10,000 board. However, they could also be jumped over numerous times and the chances are much less that they could advance up the Express Board without two so both of these are strong motivators for everyone to get at least two personal referrals.
As we all know..If everyone gets two, it works perfectly anyway, but these features not only create a "safety net" so that no one gets left behind, it also rewards and motivates people to work the program. When people work the program, everyone in their organization benefits.
I know this was a little bit long winded, but it is a bit complex. You can't really see it from the outside. Working this as a team with our group we have an advanced plan to maximize the benefits of this compensation plan - Especially with these features. We have a way to keep the spillover looping back into our group by "double dipping" the system. That gets a little more complex, but the benefit is that it helps keep our group helping each other AND allowing us to make TWICE as much with the same effort. I will discuss that with you later, when you are ready.

On paper TVI looks fantastic in every respect except one.
For the past 2 weeks I've been trying to find out who the owners/CEO/COO etc. is/are and have come up with zilch. So okay, if I join and I want to, I'd feel obligated to let prospective members know that from what I can tell this company is not transparent, then if they want to come in that's fine.
So far, the other leaders I've approached for more information about the owners, respond "Not interested" which makes me kind of nervous as to the longevity of the program.
Can anyone shed any light on this for me?

Others in our upline are charging $300 to $350 each and after doing this for a while I understand why they do that. I am not trying to make money on it, but I can’t be going in the hole either - PLUS it takes about an hour to 2 hours to gather the funds turn it to cash and send the wire. I need for people to send at least $275 per position AFTER any payment processor fees so that I can wire that much. I know that $280 from STP comes out to almost $275 and it takes about $285 from Paypal and it take $290 from Alert Pay (not sure about HOI.) It costs about $25 more in fees on our end so a Liberty Reserve purchase would need to be at least $300. The good thing about that is it can be done overnight and new people coming in can do their own. The process to get in via Liberty Reserve is available via autoresponder – tviteaminfo@gmail.com (Everyone should download this so you will know what this procedure is.) They recommended on the training calls that we teach everyone to join by setting up and funding their own Liberty Reserve because of the time it takes to get eVouchers via wires. I can see their point because it is very time consuming, you have to collect the cash first and it takes about a week to get the vouchers. This looks very interesting, esp because at worst you will get your money back. Well, at least if people keep coming in. I do have a question. You mentioned that we should only sponsor 2 people and if we have more to put in, to go deep therefore helping other people get their 2. On the website, it says you will cycle faster to sponsor more than 2 people. I agree with you, that it makes more sense to go deep rather than wide. But, if you just sponsor 2 people total, will you still cycle fast & regularly? The faq section gave me the impression that you won't. Please explain, as it makes more sense to me that you would cycle more by making sure the people under you have 2 people by placing extra people under them, than going wide with extra people and risking some of them not sponsoring. Please explain why you think the website is saying to go wide?

It is awesome program that I have been involved about 3 weeks ago. Thanks Ken for bringing up this program here in ASA. I am in Express Board on top 2nd level already. One more level then cycled out for first $10K plus $5K Vacation package. I also joined under Cindy Bodwin's group. I have been working closely with Cindy Bodwin and other leaders. I also bought repeated position under same upline sponsor that I got $500 ($250 Free Voucher and $250 Wallet Cash). It is going real nicely so far. Now, I am working closely with my group with great leaders as team to assure that everybody has their 2 referred members because I do not need 3rd referred member. I have been getting several PM about clarification with sponsoring 2 members. I would always encourage anybody who join TVI to bring in two or more as team. Even though anybody who build team still need all the helps from each member who joined TVI to work together as team. What I have done lately to talk with many different marketers to continue to help others while those members continue to help me and others same time as team. What I can do with team to monitor the boards to make sure everybody is working together and keep going. I am not interested in any of favorism because I believe in teamwork together to achieve in TVI. Please do not join TVI as free ride. It doesn't work that way. Everybody need to do their efforts to help out as team to accomplish the goal. This is other reason why TVI gives out all incentives for TVI memers's hard working and effort to work with their people. TVI even provided business tools for you to use to explain with any of prospects. We as team even offer conference calls, training calls and etc. to help TVI members together.
